This is in continuation of this office notification No.323/Cond.D.S dated 28-07-2017 regarding last date for the submission of Admission forms Fee M.S/M.D Part-I & Part-II Annual Examination 2015 to Annual Examination 2017, the following schedule is hereby notified for Admission Form & Fee Submission for Special Annual Examination 2015 to 2017:-
