It is hereby notified that the last date for receipt of Admission Forms and Fee of Medical Diplomas Part-I Supplementary Examination 2012 to Annual Examination 2017 and Medical Diplomas Part-II Supplementary Examination 2014 to Annual Examination 2017 will be as under:-
